Our Story
There’s an old saying: “People find their profession,” but for me, it’s “The profession finds the person.” I was born into a family without a background in the restaurant business. My father was a lawyer, my siblings all worked as civil servants, and I have dedicated my life to teaching. However, cooking and selling pho became a part of my family’s life. From small beginnings, my siblings gradually grew their business into three successful pho restaurants. Watching them balance work and business, I began learning the craft from them, even in the smallest details.
When I moved to the United States, besides teaching, I helped out in Vietnamese pho restaurants. Over time, I fell in love with this profession. My passion for cooking and my determination have never faded. Every visit back to Vietnam, I continued learning—from culinary schools, from my family, and from other skilled cooks. Today, here in the U.S., I have opened my own Vietnamese restaurant. I know the path I’ve chosen is risky, but I believe in the health-conscious dining habits of our audience. My goal is to create a truly unique dining experience, not just serve food.
